Founded in 2016 by Eyal Amos, BSGNY (BEST Safety Group New York, LLC.) has rapidly become a trusted and respected entity in the construction industry. Eyal, with prior experience as a chief inspector for the NYC Department of Buildings, launched the firm to bring his extensive expertise to the forefront, aiming to enhance safety standards in construction projects.

Eyal Amos
Owner and Safety Director
Eyal Amos, a seasoned professional in the construction industry, journeyed from Israel to the United States, starting his American career as a carpenter in Manhattan. Demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Eyal joined the NYC Department of Buildings as an inspector for the B.E.S.T. Squad (Building Enforcement Safety Team). His dedication and expertise saw him rise through the ranks, becoming the Assistant Chief for the Excavation Unit—a newly created pilot program—where he won the NYC Commissioners Award. Eyal went on to serve as Chief of the B.E.S.T. Squad for four years and played an integral role in the creation of the 2014 NYC Building Code. Additionally, he was an instructor for the Building Academy and NYC Safety Week for multiple years.

Transitioning to the private sector, Eyal continued his impactful career as a Safety Director, offering crucial safety consultation services to diverse companies while navigating DOB, FDNY, DEP, and OSHA regulations. Recognizing the need for innovative solutions to existing problems, he established BSGNY. Eyal's personal journey, from carpenter to Chief Inspector, and his subsequent venture into private consultancy, uniquely position him as a leader in the field, driving BSGNY's commitment to safety, excellence, and collaborative partnerships.
Arifur Rob
Senior Project Manager and Expeditor
Arifur Rob's roots in the Bronx shaped his journey into the world of construction and architecture. Captivated by the intricacies of the built environment, he embarked on a path that led him to the Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York, where he further cultivated his passion for architectural design within the context of construction practices.

Immersing himself in both construction offices and site safety firms, Arifur earned a diverse range of certifications, eventually attaining the status of a licensed expeditor. His academic pursuits were equally dynamic, as he acquired proficiency in graphic design, model making, technical drawings, and public speaking during his time in school. Arifur's well-rounded skill set and dedication to mastering various facets of the architecture field reflect his commitment to excellence and versatility in the construction industry
Felix Vargas
Project Manager and Safety Designer
Felix Vargas serves as our esteemed Project Manager, overseeing drafting and safety consulting services for our engineering team. Armed with a five-year bachelor's degree in Architecture from the City College of New York, he joined the BSGNY family in November 2018. Proficient in AutoCAD, Felix diligently crafts safety plans that consistently exceed industry standards, earning us the loyalty of our clientele.
Felix's commitment to excellence is palpable in his dedication to clear and efficient communication with both teammates and clients, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day tasks. His meticulous attention to detail not only allows him to supervise his colleagues effectively but also aids in fostering their understanding of their roles. Suzan Kallash
Project Manager and Safety Designer
Suzan Kallash, a newcomer to the BSGNY team, hails from Brooklyn and swiftly established herself as a key member since joining the team at the end of 2021. Armed with a degree in architecture, she brings a fresh perspective and a robust skill set to the firm. In a short span, Suzan's unwavering dedication and quick adaptation to the intricacies of the industry have positioned her as a strong asset within the team, alongside her unwinding focus to earn her expeditor license to further expand her expertise in the world of design and build.
Suzan's primary focus at BSGNY revolves around serving clients in the realm of various public agency technical drawings, alongside contributing to the development of site safety plans specifically tailored for low-rise and major structures. Her innate ability to navigate the complexities of both design and safety protocols underscores her versatility and dedication to meeting the diverse needs of BSGNY's clientele.
